I think it would be cool for prisoners of any level to transfer to any prison they want . Of course it would be in the lottery or for favors or something and there will be rules . But it would save people alot of money  for items and stuff like that. Hey just an idea.,..

i mean like when u search the yard but ive never been to arizona but i dont know bout that and nj is the best place to buy stuff except amens i thinks it cheaper at putman n ppl pay alot more for stuff at nj in the market say u take a red bull n it sales in putman for 5k u can sell it at new jersey for 8k
