I was going to post this on the 'suggestions that wont get you banned' thread but liked it so much I thought I would post here.

I know in the past (from searching) that people have organised 'riots' where they just attack and mug each other but thought about doing a different take on riots, similar to what would happen in a real prison.

There could be a system where people from one prison could get together and 'riot' (maybe a link in the wardens office?). This could work that if a certain minimum number of people all clicked the riot link within a set time frame (an hour?) that they had a chance (20% or something like that) of having a successful riot and maybe everyone involved could get a cheap amen or some other bonus such as cash or items instead. However if the riot fails they all get iso for a few hours/day or other harsh punishment (so people don't try it all the time). Obviously if not enough people get together for the riot then it automatically fails and maybe the punishment would be much worse.

Similar to the fight system in ice hockey that if both players take off their gloves and fight then they only get a few mins in the sin bin but if only one takes off his gloves to try and fight but the other doesn't, then he gets much longer in the sin bin. This ensures that people only fight (or in this case riot) if everyone is 100% sure.

You could even get people done over by saying you will all riot but then you all don't go through with it and the person you don't like gets the punishment because he 'riots.'  Could be fun...
