Hear me out as this is just a suggestion:

But back in the day where Bootleg joe was out every friday with dvds ect I had Mu added on my  friends list and, as i hardly worked on friday would... always check if he was online frequently: and most of the time i would check bootleg joe or the wardens office and there would be items avalible to purchase....

My suggestion is just for bootleg joe to have his own profile... obviously wouldnt show his location, cos hes in every prison - But would show if he was on or off line ... ie in or out of the yard,.,,.
