Hi all ive just started going back to the GYm at a 4 year break. I was wondering if anyone had any advice in General and i also wanted to see if anyone had any of their own recipes for Protein Shakes unfortunaly i find Chocolate too Sickly and im not to keen on Bannanna. If anyone could give me some guidance and or help id be very greatfull. Id like to say thanks in advance to all the players that reply.

Thanks Yoks its great but ive found some like that myself but im waiting for my order of progain extreme for muscle and size but at the moment ive got no powder to put in them so i was saying also own recipes as they might use egg whites in stead of whey powder/protein powder ? But thanks ill copy and paste the ones i like.

Egg white shakes are a good idea

1 cup of egg white

half cup of orange/pinapple juice etc

You could also make shakes with high protein foods.

Peanut butter is good.

Thanks Yoks ive just been on Ebay and got 3 tubs of Maximuscle Progain Extrem Strawberry flavour and they were brand new unopened and i got them all for £76.03 and these normally cost £43.99. Thanks for the shake recipe.

I really like Strawberries so i was gonna go with the following in the morning :

Dunns River Nurishment Strawberry 420ge

6 Egg Whites

And just go with that but ive heard eggs are not to good for you if you have too many.

I hate strawberries :P

Vanilla has always been my favourite protein shake

when i had a vanilla Nurishment it tasted like sick but it may have just been that vanilla flavour shake but i will say it has put me off for good taking or drinking anything that is vanilla. (i dont drink sick i mean it tastes like when you have been sick and you have an after taste in your mouth)
