Some disagreeable answers in this thread. Shall start with the first one
2 Energy Drinks for every gym visit!? I would say.. no!
If you look at your train gains, then you will notice that you do not need 100% energy every time you visit the gym. Of course you get more in that one single train, but it makes much more sense to use the 2 energy drinks separately.
That way from 2 EDs you get 120% of energy turned into stats instead of just 100% from a single gym visit. (Hmm, am I making that clear?) You will also fit in more visits to the gym before overdosing. Using red bulls and large waters also helps with this.

Yes re-fill the stamina. Though you don't necessarily need 100% STM every time. If my stamina is at an awkward number then I sometimes visit the gym with about 90%. Though if you have an abundance of small waters and the site is running at a decent speed - then you may as well just gulp an extra water to get your stat to 100%, no harm done since they don't effect your overdose.

31642013A: Start at 12:00 AM and train your ass off non stop all day until midnight IF IT KILLS YOU!. Once you're stuck in AZ, powertraining is just putting a day in for hardcore training, if anyone considers it powertraining at that stage.

A: I had a respected badge so I could "heal up" twice as fast, and you have to be sure you have a good training cell, but
* . 1) 1ED, 2 LW, wait one tick, go to the gym, train with 100% nrg-sta.
* . 2) Rince, lather, repeat
* . 3) Always repeat
* . * . * Then, time for the conditioner!
* . 4) 1 RB, 3 or 4 sw's (to taste), a couple of chocolates. WHOOSH!
* . 5) And then you can rince lather and repeat for the conditioner also, but be careful with that red bull because it's potent
Results:
Shiny healthy hair every time
And then you do it all over again.
This method more or less carried me through my BME power training with minimal infirm time that I couldn't buy myself out of.
Switching between shampoo and conditioning, using them wisely and making use of my tick time, also saved me some unnecessary ODing.
