I have never paypalles but I eas under the inpression gifting was the safe route? What's the real deal

sending as a gift is only beneficial for the seller as there is no transaction fee taken out, and no way for the buyer to dispute the charge. if you are the buyer, this leaves you with no options if you're screwed out of whatever you're trying to purchase.

worm got it down.. i only send as gift to people who are trusted on here.. anyone i dont know well enough i just send 3$ extra on the total so they dont eat the fees and i can reverse transaction if needed

if i send sumbody a payment but its to the wrong address and i have to cancel the payment how long does it take for the money to be refunded and i have a prepaid card i use im assuming itll be refunded to that?

i c on my transactions sheet it says itll be returned to credit card anybody kno about how long it takes?

That depends on your card company. Usually up to 7 business days

yep thats also cause the other guy who you sent them to will have a chance to prove if that money really is his (lets say youre an ebay seller and he got ripped off or anything) but theyll be back with you wtihin a few days

prepaid card is a regular credit card but u can load your own money on to it i didnt wanna linky my bank account to paypal in case of sumbody would get my paypal info so this was if they get my credit card info theres nothing they can spend because i only load enough cash on there to buy what i need only downside is i cant recieve money on it and ok worm and dem thx for the answers
