how do the runners work now?

i dont get it, Nj i hear dont have runners from there so SQ = Pnam then pnam to az, but how do they get the items to SD? not too sure help lol

lvl 14 can go to az and sd. its hard getting blunts from nj to sq to put to az to sd tho. thats why im a runner from sd to az or az to sd

thanks so only level 14's can go there and back as i found out im stuck here lol, so can level 15,16,17,18,19? can they go back?

in the easter thread it said that az would be for level 15's but its only level 14's

so i am the only sd to az az to sd runner in my gang yessssss, take that jason

apparantly u can only get eds and blunts in sq bt waters are 1100 each unless u get em from jersey where there 900 each still
