yep ive tried getting a few level 14 AZ squaters to mug me with 0% on purpose so they would level up and they get no exp

I think this update with no EXP from a mug happen some time ago when people like to level-up very fast from mugging other players, but maybe only in case if the player that you mug is at zero stamina ...
