I never got a weapon that says %15 is that better then +15 just examples

well say its plus 15% Strength... and ur base strength is 1 so that means ur gonna have 15 strength in all... same with plus 15 but if u have say 2000 strengnth well plus 15% is idk lol but its more than plus 15 [2015]

2000 strength plus 15% is = 2300 strength

adding percentage to your stats usually will work out in the long run, the higher your stats go the more the percentage will increase automatically.

example

2000 + 15% = 2300

2500 + 15% = 2875

3000+ 15% =  3450

thats why pints are better to because there plus 100% but champaign is just plus 100 to every stat

does armor do it too

yeah... armor, weapons, amenities all have long lasting % increases that will help alot when your stats get really high

same thing goes with armour... im wearing a phone book sheild because it only takes away 5 speed... if it took away 5% i wouldnt even be wearing it though just gota use the old brain... think a level 7 me has boxing gloves [plus 100 speed and defence i do belive] and if i had a riot shield it would take away a little chunk of speed but it would add more defence

think of it this way if ur in war: ur bullet prooof vest weights 25 pounds and ur ak-47 is 30 pounds [including the amunition] id rather take of the bullet proof vest and wear a thicker shirt that way i get more mobility and some protection
