I got thatblue card with the chip in it anyways but paypal got me and he will have to make a formal dispute which will put him on blast from all the complaints he got anyways... so Im good fellas and thank everyone that had a positve input and sincerely cared! Big Ups

i didnt know soccer was so expensive that u had to scam people....cleats, a ball, and a couple rocks to show the goal

yeah bro. use the paypal chat and write out the terms.

ie. Shayne has agreed to refund my money. The terms are that I close the dispute first because the money is locked (froze) and he says he is unable to access it. Once I have closed the dispute, he will refund me money. Shayne has agreed to the terms.

something along those lines
