lets say you advertise, new members come in, what happens when they realize people been playing 4+ years, have stats in the billions and probably spent $500-1k to get there, as well as constantly crimed, gymed.. etc

first they're gonna laugh at how serious some people take the game, but then they gonna quit because pb became not a game, but a circle jerk for people with buyers remorse (WAAAH WAAAAH I SPENT HUNDREDS ON THE GAME DONT RESET WAAAAH), and basically thats the only people hanging on and challenging this idea.

what new player wants to play for years and still have half the stats of people in SD?

and what about the fact so many amenities are so common now, and the exploits that so many people benefitted from. remember the candy corn fiasco? basically unlimited amounts because of the backpack bug. because of all those issues, pb is forever out of balance without a reset.

@Artix i love you bro but da fuck man you think we gonna get millions of players? this is a very humble game, the activity levels few years ago was enough that it was fun and exciting. right now honestly theres nothing to do. im trying to see conflict again, gang wars, huge events etc.

Jaymeal, you don't know me nor do I know you but here goes. You keep saying reset the game yet you log in a lot for someone who no longer plays the game. I have been here 4 years now and I have seen the game in way better stages as far as amens goes. This game is like any other, it can be fun or just suck. I guess it would depend on how you play you game. If you sold out x amount of time ago, then you made some cash, with amens being dirt ass cheap right now you should buy them back and max your cell out (8x8) isnt going to cut it around here anymore. So in short either buy amens back and max cell, or just log out and tell everyone goodbye for good. This is prisonblock, not reset block.

Want more people playing the game invite your real life mates to join us. The closer the group of people talking and being involved in the game are, the more likely they are to get others to join by simply checking out what others are talking about. That's how the other dongs got to playing

Even tho im a level 14 and havent technically gotten to SD permanently i agree with everybody else it would be dumb af to reset the whole game that means high levels will lose ALL the money they spent on here PLUS the things they bought/earned then it would even be dumber cause this games been around too long to restart i dont think you would like the idea if you were a paypal user like most people and out of nowhere some dummy says "oh hey i used to be on top but now im not, i think they should reset the game so i can be back there" but that doesnt mean that they cant use ads to bring players its whatever they want

ive spent around $100 usd on prisonblock, i spend a looong ass time getting to level 26, well before all the new amens were here to make it easier, and the cells were bigger, i put in my work.

95% of the game sits in the lower prisons, if they forced people out of there and compete, things would be better

im not merely suggesting a reset. obviously rethinking how amenities are distributed especially during events should also be considered, but those would be minor tweaks to the game code, and with all the data they have it should be obvious how to fix over saturation of amenities and shit.

and you're thinking if the reset happened the top players here would just end up in SD that quick? we would see a big shift in gameplay.

it actually takes a while to get to level 20 for example. if you wanna level up AND be prepared wth good stats you're gonna need to wait for events, get rare amenities, build up a cell, build up items, upgrade your cell... it all takes a long time. (idk about you guys but this shit was the fun/addicting shit about pb)

it'll also motivate others who don't play to get back into it, because they have a shot at running the block.

how long do you think it would take for a person who signs up today, without any significant help, to get to the top spot of pb? even if they spend real cash, and plenty of it, to max the cell out, get some good amenities (probably at least 500 bucks on a fucking RPG game)... to crime and gym up to the top would still probably take a year. and thats IF they step on no toes, so the butt hurt middle ages homos of this game dont "end their game".

so what incentive is there? theres a fundamental flaw in the fucking game.

reset all accounts after 12 months. its long enough that we can all have our fun, build up gangs, get good stats, be on top for a while, then we're back to the bottom, and if we still find the game entertaining we can do it all over again, but with new experiences, different gangs would dominate than the previous cycle, different members would be on top. it would be a totally dynamic gameplay experience.

i know, you guys probably put tons of RL cash into the game, thousands of hours, but in the end its still a GAME, its meant to be played, its meant to be enjoyed. how many of you guys honestly enjoy it as much as you used to?

and like i said if activity keeps dropping one day you'll try to sign in and see nothing but a big ass 404 page, then what?
