I think first off like the regular hitlist it must be done while they are online.

And maybe the goal would be to take a cetain amount of items in the specified time limit like Snatch 150 items from his cell in 14 days while xxxxx is online

Idea is ok, its just with no time limit it between raids as long as there is 1 person I know who isnt blocked then no one else will have a chance. If anything it should be when they are Offline so they cant give the combo repeatedly

It would slow it downalittle but it would be only 3 min between raids

like i said if you on the raid hitlist you cant see your combo so you cant give it out to a friend

Its my cell. I should be able to change the combo when i want and to what I want.

u can change it randomly

yeah sorta like wen you just try to raid the persons cell, that you can raid every 30 minutes. or the ability to block the person from sending messages to anyone during the period of the hit

i doubt you would ever see a hit of this nature completed if this was the case...
