Yeah, Id like to know this too. Ive raided a couple couple cells and got maybe $3000 and a small water. Really a waste of time. Makes sense to make it possible on perm iso inmates

It used to be possible to grab a random amen, but I haven't heard of it happening for a long time. As for not being worth it, raid 5+ cells at a time and you will do alright.
