I was thinking to have The raiding time changed every time you raid someone, so for example.. Let's say I raid somebody and have to wait 30 minutes for the next raid,(30 minutes later) then I try the second time and the waiting time to raid again is 28 minutes, so maybe the time can reduce 2 minutes every attempt?

I forgot to mention that Once you break into their cell the times would restart again!

raiders already have PLENTY of advantage with lock picks, pirates, dvd, and ability to steal amens from someones cell. Plus similar suggestion already made to reduce raiding time. find some friends and raid as a group, that speeds things up.
