Im wondering after all the bulldogs got realsed etc

 

is it possible to have a bulldog taken in a raid even though theres a 10% chance it scares the raider off

 

as not many people would wanna grab a angry bulldog

No point in equipping bulldogs now anyway. People can get your whole cell combo with one raid

Well, if it was absolutely 100% then Id say yes, considering that not even a bulldog will be raidable (to lower the raid-defense) since the bulldogs would be protecting each other too
