If this is for your running service, it's easier to just send a mail to the person, so that if there are ever any problems you can go back into [Mail Messages] with that specific person. We have had this problem, it's good practice even if it is for nothing.

I mean, the event already goes into the events of the other person, so the only real reason you would have to keep events of what you sent would be fear of being scammed.
