Hi... i am trying to figure out a wee piece of PB folklore... the long held belief that training gains are different based on prison rather than level... sooooo what i need is some people who are are able to move between prisons... and who are able to do some training for me... 

Soooo i need 3 people from each of the following levels... 3, 4, 7, 8, 10 and 11... 

You have to be prepared to train and you have to be prepared to move between the two prisons...

sweet... i am a bite confused with the new levels things... but if i am right i think you can move between the san prison and putties is that right girl?

from my experience

i got alot more gains from training in jersey rather then putnam, haven't tried SQ yet tho
