what an extra 10% on top of the normal 10% recovery on nrg nrv hp stm is not enough, and the fact u can bribe ur way out of iso and infirm is not enough

isnt it double the regeneration speed? and anyone can bribe their way out

 ya hense 10% on top of the orignial 10%=20%
