when you attack someone that has 0/100 hp it says xxxx is already on a respirator, let them recover!

And you can't attack but they never gain hp bk

I ran into that. I searched as well it has to be a bug in the HP dvd? Just an FYI....you can still mug them on the respirator:)

I think it's a pretty fuckin shitty that a scammer can get the dvd wear it and train and scam even more, without being attacked.. that makes alot of sense!
