i dont understand the problem here..if he scammed someone jus dont do business with him anymore theres plenty of ppl who scammed n still get to play

Im not talking about doing business scams. I talking about the people who have no regard for other people or there stuff, and all you can do is mug them and maybe send them to the infirm long enough for them to buy out and keep rolling as a piece of shit...

It's a problem b/c they can hide with the respirator and just raid the shit outta ppl... And their is nothing you can do but raid bk and mug (to much exp)...

So basically ur screwed with them... I can see for like 10-15 min but for 2-3 hrs way 2 long

Its because people who have 0 HP because of the DH2 or Phoenix DVD seem to be on a '' Respirator '' . When you try and attack them even if there not in infirm or in Iso , it will always say that they are on respirator , let them alone . But basically there not on a respirator , its a DVD bug .

the respirator thing is wen someone hit them rite b4 u and their hp is 0... and u cant hit em.... that's wat i figured - ive ran into it twice - same type thing
