Well, I think that there should be a restart of the game for those who have messed up, to be able to just wipe tose stats and everything away, except for their name. 

why?

it seems like a good idea but then you would have lost hundreds of dollars of paypal(unless you restart with all your favors)and also it would encourage snipers (and povich)to restart

I think you can already do a restart.something about a mental breakdown.don't know if they still do it though

After seeing what sorts of issues restarts caused, we stopped allowing users to do it.

Restarts used to take away your items, amenities, etc. But then users would simply send the items off to another player, restart, and get them all back.

Or, if we let you keep your items, this puts you at a huge advantage over all of the other new players. That's simply not cool. This game is pretty difficult to get into as it is, to add level 2 players who are actually level 20+ who restarted would make it impossible for anybody to play.

We've been tossing around some possible solutions to this. The only solution we devised that we like is that restarting would put you at level 1, in Putnam, with no level 1 protection. No New Jersey for players who opt to restart. That way, even if there are any exploits, you should just break even since you can't cause any trouble in NJ.

We're not sure if we'll ever implement that system, but I wanted to throw it out there to let you guys know we have given it some thought.
