Well... attack people that you can attack and you will... i think many people don't want to get exp from being attacked and winning... i would hate that... it would mean that you could ruin a persons stats by constantly attacking another person... knowing that you would loose... simply so that you could make them level... you might not get it now... as you are level 2... but in time you will understand that leveling... isn't always something you want... and isn't always beneficial...
