Kinda could use that as the theme, the guards allow up to play russian roulette and place bets.

Lose:

Your dead and have lost all energy and nerve.

Great Game but Would be Unrealistic being 'Dead' lol. Maybe foot russion roulette. Whos seen mean machine where they tie one of there hands together and punch eachother till they pass out lol,

Bottom right of the black jack table theres an table and a chair which could be where Foot Roulette can be held, This would be a pvp game where you can challenge others.

How it would work would be to challenge another inmate to play a friendly or for stakes game, The challenger can decide how many bullets would be placed in the gun*max is 3* the bullets are randomly set into the gun.

The challenged inmate put there foot on the table and points the gun at there foot and pulls, if the gun goes off they lose and if it doesnt its the challengers turn, keeps going untill one of them is shot.

Betting:

For leting you play the guards get 10% of the bet and the rest goes to the winner with some xp.

Losing:

You go to hospital and lose all nerve and the bet.

Plays:

You cant verse the same inmate more than once in one day.

High Score:

*Split into two*

One would be whos Won the most times and the other would be whos won the most money from it.

lol, this isn't a PS3 or XBOX 360 game. What I meant was, how do you foresee actually putting your character's foot on the table and pulling the trigger?

Cool, I have never heard of  Foot Roulette before. Sounds bloody though, thats why I stay away from hockey, I never have any fingers left.
