advice for u... spy on lvl 2s and up... see who is trying - who has potential - start talking to em... most the noobs dont rele go on the forums and dont know wat they are doing - take a couple under ur wing - i see u bumping the thread relentlessly - try the other form of recruiting - if u pick the right guys, like get 2 or 3 each month - take em under ur wing wen they at a low lvl - they will form into good players and ull eventually have a strong crew. just advice. i know u been around a while - only reason im givin u advice. and also - u get em while they lower lvls - ull haved their loyalty after u teach em

ive done that for almost 10 ppl, spent hella cash on em and loads of items for them to either join someone elses crew or not play any more, but it looks like thats the only way, thanks for the advice
