Yeah, I wouldnt mind to hear why implimenting such a system is a bad idea...

I think having to work around a risky open market for private trades and never being 100% sure if you can trust someone fits in well since its a prison based game.

Quite cool that the risk doesn't come from a random/stat based risk factor (or something).. but from actual people, ready to snatch it from the market before you can.

It's unfortunate having people trying to scam people but.. what can you do.. put them in prison?
