in my opinion when someone is selling something it has to be in their terms... unless its an auction and terms has already been giving.

this seem like some shady shit 4real, i dont have a problem with u holz at all but i do kinda seem like u were tryna see how much u could milk him 4, if its an auction like he said, isnt it the highest bidder that wins?, dont matter if the bid is 17$ or 17000$ if thats the highest bid at that time when its up shouldnt the bid go 2 him? i mean u offered the same shit 2 me and i asked how much u lookin 4 for the loser dvd and the play boy, u said 2 me "i dunno offer" so i said 20$, and then u told me ur highest offer was 30$ but i didnt see that i said 20$ cuz i had seen younglords bid and went 2 out bit id, but u told me u didnt want it, i just feel like if u lookin 4 a fixed price 2 start off, start the bid at the fixed price, and this aint no disrespect either thats just some real shit, and i kno maybe younglord said some things u shouldnt say 2 a lady, but he felt he was gettin ripped off, and shouldnt have 2 take that, thats just my input tho,

if he was the highest bid at the time the thread was supposed 2 end he should have won the item or u should have stated from the beginnign ur fixed price u had set on the item so he would have known 2 bid atleast that minimum
