If we're able to send money to Prisoners in other Prisons, why shouldn't we be allow to send & receive items from Prisons in different places.  Im in Putnam, & not allowed back in New Jersey, but I got friends there that I would support in my gang.  If possible, I'd like to be able to pass down weapons when war starts. Also just buying drugs and items only and setting a price fishing a profit is kinda time consuming to see if you really getta a sale or not throughout the day.
