difference between including a doctors findings and instructing doctors to pick and choose who can and cant own a gun.  since they would be apt to get sued if they don't report someone who committed a crime, they are going to err on the side of caution and report folks who are borderline or close to the line and not allow them to have guns.  hurts the good citizens.[/quote]
