I went to Prison transport and saw this:

I typed "Sick of Arizona"  and "Prison transport" in the search and didnt see anything about this. If this has been covered, I appologize and Please link me to it. If not, What is this "EXCHANGE" program?

Oh ok, Kinda confusing there Mu. Had me thinking I can finally get out of this damn prison even if I had to play some alternate of this game for a lil while
