Somthin weird about search the yard in putnam....

When i search the yard in putnam i use all 10 at a time.....but all i get is at the most 2 bottles of large waters and like 700 cash..........does this have to do with my lvl???? maybe stamina???? or does it know i train more so it gives me stuff to train and i dont commint crimes so i dont need nerve....???
everybody else tells me they get like 4 blunts and 6 waters and like 9K WTF???????
Can anybody inlighten me on why i dont get blunts.............
