It would be great if our unused cell amenities would stack (kinda like the list we get when we sell them) or be grouped together. I'm starting to have a lot and it gets annoying scrolling up and down to count and sometimes recount because you weren't sure you got them all the first time... and it would be more esteticly appealing

This is really one of the suggestion which needs to be converted reality...

As in market, we see the stacked amenities like this -

In the same manner, unused amenities in the "My cell" page can also be done as we can see the space in cell and put the exact number in it,and instead of "buy" button in market,there can be a "use" button and it's easy that all the 3-4 toilets say loads at once.also,as whiskey said,the scrolling of that page will be less too.
