I've beaten people with higher DEF than my STR after around 3-4 hits, I'll get one of those 60k damage hits and end the fight right there.

once your in high lvls stm dont really matter to much anymore. i dont have many stm amens in my cell battles that go on for a long time almost always tie because it will be with someone with basically equal stats as you.

well im guess im jus strong for my level or im as strong as im "supposed" to be because i NEVER kommitted a krime, attakk nor mugged any1 ever !
