- Toilet Paper - Not sure what the effects should be but seems like a must-have to me

- Bible... "The Good Book" Great idea for cell amenities... 40 Favors (+5% STM  +5% NRV  +15% NRG)

- Cigarettes... Could be a cheaper alternative to a blunt and also has a minor negative effect on HP

The toilet paper is already on popular demand and cigarettes sounds like a good idea. I personally don't

feel much about religious stuff. The bible idea seriously offends me

unless done in a "humoristically sarcastic" way (I'm not sure if that's what you're trying to demonstrate or not with your title between guillements).
