Some asshole thinks just cuz they can train up to finally level up, that's it's okay to mug all the people with money in the prisons before they're kicked out. Problem is, it's not their money those idiots are mugging; it usually belongs to high-level players.

when i used to run way back in the old days, i'd spend the money the second i got it, and wouldn't hold onto it. i never thought i was untouchable just because i was a runner

thats what i dont get.. yeahh its someone else money.. but why the fuck you holding it online long enough to be mugged? if they send you money offline and you get mugged thats their problem not yours.. i wish i could start over i would mug all the runners just for kicks.
