I think it would be a good idea to have rewards for sureys such as respected status and cell upgrades not the restoring  health and other stuff that has been suggested before.

bump? 10 minutes after starting it? This is pointless. Favors can be used to upgrade your cell and buy respect. That's like asking your job to pay you in iPods and food instead of cash.
