For the record: No amenities have been awarded for the first step due to a possible exploit. You could theoretically turn in 50 items, get the amenity, then reset. Repeat. We don't want that.

It's not that you don't deserve a reward for the effort. It's just that you could, theoretically, get the award multiple times since you can reset right now. But your progress still counts for something! Plus, you get those sweet avatar packs.
