Hello, I'm Rafael. No shit huh?
Anyways, I'm here to talk to you about my idea of trading.
Trading is something we all have to do in order for us to get what we want. 
What is currently happening now?
I hear alot of talk of people being scammed out of their hard earned money and (or) items.  
It is time for a fix!
How does it work?
People can be talking before a transaction via messaging, forums, phone, whatever the fuck.
Example:
Inmate A: Hey motherfucker, want some water?
Inmate B: FUCK YEH MAN!
Inmate A: It's gonna cost ya, chump.
Inmate B: How much?
Inmate A: $900 
Inmate B: Deal!
Ok so what happens next? 
Inmate A is going to Send a Trade Request (via looking up the person. (a new Button that says something like 'Request Trade' on their profile)) to Inmate B.
Inmate B will now get a message in the Inbox Indicating that someone wants to trade. They will be linked to another screen that gives them all the info of what is being sold and for how much.
Now, here is my Idea on [b][u][size= 36px][color=#ff0000]REGULATIONS[/color][/size][/u] [/b]of trade. 
1.
[i][size= 18px]During trading, A trade offer that is put up for 5 minutes before being disregarded. [/size][/i]
Why? Because what happens if you are selling someone a PS3 and then you go to sleep. 
That person decides to wake up early in the morning and buy it off you. While you're still sleeping him and his friends are laughing to the bank as they rip your wallet to shreds.
2.
[i][size= 18px]No trading for people in different prisons.[/size][/i]
This rule is pretty much self explanatory.[i][/i]

This can also get rid of the 'Send items' [i][/i]button because if someone decides to trade for the price of 0 then the item is simply given to the other player.
