yar totally not gettin da point of da thread. im not askin how much stuf kost. i hav almos evrything i need.

all im askin is for yar to giv me in yars opinion wat is da bes kombination of amnes dat U kud fit into a 6x6 cell for trainin. giv me da energy & stamina dat kums wit it.
