u do know that they are on dr for anywhere on avg between 10-15yrs b4 they'v exhausted all their appeals & are finally givn a execution date right? doesn't seem 2 really solve the issue, but hey fukm all...even the 1's who after 10-20's of be'n incarcerated are set free bcuz they were wrongfully accused, guess it would suk 2 be those guys

ok lemme rephrase - when they choose how they die - they die the very next day/night... fuck that 15 yrs - shit if they wanna do a shooting line they can go out like that too. honestly id rather be shot. it's prob the quickest and least painful - assuming the boys got good aim.

& wut about the people who are cleard of all charges after yrs of being falsely incarcerated..i know its not a very high percentage, but 2 excute people b4 the appeals process has been completed, would equal murdering innocent people in this small percentage of cases!
