i hope not bubba...actually,aside from a few race baiting lightning rods (sharpton,jackson) who make a living off social unrest and racial strife promoting..race relations and racial equality have never been higher..look around compared to race riots of the 60's and what the african american community has excelled to since the 60's..we have an AM (african american) in the white house,an AM as attorney general..all around fortune 500 companies their AM as ceo's and in the boardroom's..all aspects of life they have excelled and climbed the social ladder both economically and in all aspects..nowadays theirs alot of examples for AM youth to look up to and say "hey,that guy or girl looks like me"..don't misconstue a few liberal tv stations or racist talking heads as the way america feels..or a few teens or 20's that play pb (not you worm),,i think the outlook for race rrelations is improving everyday...to hell w/ what a few people who depend on anarchy in that field for their bread and butter say.

sounds good, but let me pose this question 2 u....if zimmermans black, does it take the weight of the nation 4 him 2 be charged? i agree things in this country hav come a long way since the 60's...but if u think the legal system doesn't need 2 catch up, then we can agree 2 disagree.

Worm..he ain't my best friend,I said 3-5 would of been appropriate...and jhate,if I were an activist or promoter of "black america" getting a bad deal..where's the outrage over 14% black unemployment,where's the outrage over 90% black on black crime,where's the outrage over 80% black unwed pregnancy??...and I can pile on other unfavorable stats..and especially in black run cities like chicago or detroit...cities run my african americans who most AM look up to!!..I don't duck from these conversations.I don't train 20 million stats a week or care what other peeps think..I'm an adult,this is a silly game to me..I embrace them and want answers..I'm pro school choice..a program that helps kids get outta poor performing schools..my town participates in it,and "our" kids like it....to use all your energy on a case of 1 "craxy ass cracker" to me seems your missing the woods thru the trees...take your passion for unjust to your local pol's...venting on pb to a bunch of kids or foreigners is worthless.

Worm...she bought the gun for protection,that's understandable.....when she goes to husbands house,has a confrontation,leaves the house,gets the gun,goes back in and shoots at him,does not call police...guess what worm..I find her guilty also..and so did the jury..in 12 minutes!!...pretty cut and dry...no skin color need be mentioned...florida is tough,so is texas..u wanna fuck around..watch what state your in.

Yes..a black man getting pummeled by anyone..a pink,black or purple..or in this case,a puerto rican guy..if the black kid had a gun..self defense would of been justified.

And this is in this case..if all the facts were the same..the jury would of come back with the same decision..in my opinion.
