go to chef in middle next to table and follow his missions. drug sides can either be eaten or turned in as part of a quest

my opinion yes. first mission you get 20candy corn

2nd chefs hat +5nrv

3rd turducken which is like -10%speed 3%defence 3%stm 50%hp

be warned the 2nd quest can cost a lot i spent around 1.5mil on it
