@KT - about Mugging + beatdowns, did you guys include the little HP loss that happens into the "damage done" too, or is it ignored?

It should work like when you take a contract from a hit list and mug+beat that player when he is online, that count on the minutes in the ICU ...

I hadn't thought about that. Looking into it now. I'll make it so any HP you remove by mugging (whether you're the attacker or defender in a mug) will count toward your damage dealt.

Keep these exploit/mechanics ideas coming! You guys fight more than I do, so you have a better idea of the finer aspects of it than I do.
