You get EXP when you attack and win, not sure if you get EXP if you get attacked and win ...

The divisions will continue to get tweaked as users sign up. And at the last moment, some final mods may be made so numbers are more even.

Ah.. im guessing it has to do with the amount of users from each level that sign up..

since all those groups are fairly evened out... 19-18-24 etc instead of 30-7-15 etc lol
