Presumably this was Mufasa's 26th Birthday - 5/28. Clue for the release date is in the Cake's stats.

These were released on April Fool's day for 25 favours. For the rest of the day they stole everyone's coal if they were used, from April 2nd the remaining boxes were safe to open and became one of the rarest amens to find. Recently they were re-released for 30 favours in the warden's office and the description was changed.
