Yeah so every prison needs a psychologist or psychiatrist for all the mad ones... Sooooo I thought i would start this thread to bring a little discussion about wellbeing and wellness in your crazy head... with my job lots of interesting stuff comes across my desk and I like to share it... so imma leave them here... will either be your thing or not... either way... be safe and well my beloved perps...

Here's a TED talk on body language and how you can use how you hold yourself to increase your confidence... really interesting for those of us who tend to slouch and look down... time for a bit more head up action lol

This one I love cause it is about strengthening relationships with others... showing how our gratitude can be focused on the other person or it can still be focused on ourselves... remembering that when practising gratefulness to be "other praising" rather than thankful for the improvement it made to our lives is important way we can contribute back to the person who has supported us... (So much reading resources today at my desk)
