Can soeone tell me the best ameneties and stats? I really want to know...

It depends on for what you want to use the amenities. For example, the Bag of Coal is only good for training. It's the best training item ever till yet, but it's totaly useless in your cell if you want to do crimes or have a fight. Same counts for a lot of other amenities. But to pick out a few really good and damn rare:

Toilet

Hey, at least it's clean. Don't forget the TP

Effects: -5% defense, +10 energy

You are allowed to have 5 of these in your cell

Wii

Who snuck a gaming console into the prison? One thing's for sure, you won't find this on sale from the warden!

Effects: +5% strength, +5% defense, +5% speed, +5 energy, +10 nerve, +20 stamina

You are allowed to have 1 of these in your cell

Requirements: 1 TV on Crate OR 1 Flat Screen TV

XBOX 360

No internet access, but who needs XBOX Live anyway? Game it up with your cell mates!

Effects: +10% strength, +10% defense, +10% speed, +5 energy, +10 nerve, +20 stamina

You are allowed to have 1 of these in your cell

Requirements: 1 TV on Crate OR 1 Flat Screen TV

PS3

This hardware juggernaut may not have any supporting titles, but at least you've got bragging rights.

Effects: -5% strength, +15% defense, +10% speed, +6 energy, +10 nerve, +25 stamina

Whats soo good about stamina i thought it was all about the energy.

Depends. For pretty much everything, energy is extremely dependant on stamina. Just having a shit ton of energy wont help with training. You'll always use like 40 energy but only raise your stat by 30 or less, whereas having a ton of stamina would give you more stat than energy, like 35 for 27 energy.

Stamina is also priceless in battle. Having more stamina is almost always prefered over raising your stats because your stats are dependant on stamina, and stamina is lost pretty quickly.

EDIT: also, it is much more difficult to raise your stamina. Most stamina raising amenities are rather large while energy raising amenities tend to be small.
