I think there is some truth to that floride thing for sure. Whenever i just drink spring water or filtered water its like i can think clearer. Plus in school when they told me "floride is put into the water since its good for your teeth" i was doubtfull since the dentist always tells to spit out not swallow when he brushed my teeth. As a kid my mom told me "dont swallow tooth paste you will get sick" and floride is in toothpaste.
