 Honestly, it really doesnt, I've been using Photoshop for bout 3-4 years now lol. It would take about 5 mintues for me to do what you did, which was basically just render the heads, and the bottles and phone and shit, and put it in the picture lol.

I admit, I laughed when I saw Blackmods picture, it was funny, but it's not that hard to do.

I have been using photoshop like half a month... 

Well if you been using so long, ofcourse you do them alot faster. 

Experience is the key
