Thread starting fee to go to lottery cash pot

i didnt see this anywhere, but the lottery cash pot is usually kinda small, si figured i'd suggest this
possibly impliment a fee of 10k game cash to start a thread, which will go directly into the lottery cash pot.
at the very least it should make for a significantly larger cash pot, and prevent some of the dumber threads.

thisisr...not really. its only for STARTING threads, not posting, and most people that start threads have the cash to burn.

So,any lvl 1-3 cant start a thread at all.? 10k IS a high price for it...ya i understand,but as far as lottery is concerned,cash is nothing,amen is wat matters.
