It is always wise to have "proof" before naming anyone in anything. Not a "I heard this" so I will name people. Seriously, what if the names were incorrect? What if shit were proven false or no proof was given? Where does that leave you? Holding a rumor bag.

I can't speak for Steve, but I can guess that this is why he didn't name names. No proof on the matter. So, why do you feel the need to state a couple of names without any proof? Ya, I am close to Chilla, but I would be saying the same thing if it were someone on my enemies list. Straight talk right there.
